Baked To Order —
We bake for order, once a week to ensure all is fresh and no waste at all. Order cut off times at Wednesdays 6pm each week, for pick up on Fridays at Our Space 6a-12p.
Everything Bagels
Lot’s of onion, garlic, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and salt. The result is a supremely flavourful bite, a complex nutty flavour, and an exquisite extra crunch
Jerusalem bagels are not boiled before baking, so they are tender and fluffy.
Chocolate Cinnamon Babka
Babka is made from a dough that is similar to challah or brioche, but it is typically richer and sweeter.
The dough is rolled out and spread with a filling that can include chocolate, cinnamon, nuts, fruit, or cheese. The dough is then rolled up into a log and twisted or braided before baking.
